• Theoretical work: I work in an integrative way incorporating the models of Person-Centred, Pyschodynamic and Existentialism for both long and short term work.
• Working from an integrative framework means in practice that I adapt my approach to the needs of the individual. All clients are different and come with a set of unique and specific issues and concerns. I believe that the best way to respond to such diversity is with flexibility and openness, helping clients to gain insight, overcome difficulties and increase their potential to live a fuller life.
